We have established our basic policy for the handling of personal information in this Policy on the Protection of Personal Information and we are committed to the protection of personal information in accordance herewith.

We shall obtain personal information by lawful and fair means.

We shall use personal information within the scope of the purpose of use as stated at the time the personal information is obtained and to the extent required for the execution of operations. 5. Disclosing, correcting, or deleting personal information or suspending the use of same

When an individual whose personal information we manage requests that we disclose, correct, or delete personal information pertaining to such individual or suspend the use of the same, we shall accommodate the request in good faith and in light of the applicable laws, social norms, and other considerations.

6. Establishing a system for the protection and management of personal information

We shall establish and consistently improve the internal management system for implementing this policy, such as by formulating regulations, manuals, and other policies and guidelines.
